Sorry about the recent down time lately. Had some trouble with my cable service and Comcast finally came out this afternoon to fix the problem. The repair man said that is was just a bad connection on the main line. So anyway, we should be good to go again.
I guess. For some odd reason, I had full upload bandwidth but nearly no download bandwidth to speak of. My phone had a dial tone but couldn't actually make or receive any calls. And my TV only had a few working channels.
I know. They just kept telling me to restart the modem. I'm like, seriously? I wouldn't be calling them if it was that easy.
Well u know how tech support is. They assume everyone is a moron. Always the first tech you get is the lowest tier that filters out the morons coming to them for help with simple problems.
