That awesome!  I heard that steam had vastly improved this feature somewhat recently.  Maybe I should give it another go?

I saw a post where you were talking about moving steam files from one drive to another.  And how easy it was.  I can't explain why I don't see it now.

Oh, I see.  It was here on page 1.  I'm sorry.

Ummm.... I uh .. have been noticing something annoying with my computer lately. The sound.

Dave looked at the from IO panel but could not fix it. Don't know why it is loose but definitely is loose. So I am using a USB hub now instead. The front IO Panel cannot be fixed. As for the annoying Discord sound popup I told it to not tell me again and just keep it on the headphones for now.  Dave, please clarify if I have any details wrong. Thank you.

One thing I cannot explain is when I plugged in headphones with just the normal audio jack I still got sound only out of one headset so perhaps the speakers ... how I thought the right one was blown or wire broke or something ... is not the speaker after all. I mean it did the EXACT same one sided sound in the headset as well. Headphones work find with USB though.

I assume that you're using the integrated audio on the mainboard?  It could be that the port is damaged.  And a sloppy USB port can't be fixed.  It has to be replaced.  So, I guess a USB dock it is, to the rescue.

I think the IO ports are not sticking thru the front face plate perfectly causing things to not plug in fully. It might be possible to fix but for now USB hub seems better.

That could be possible.  I have seen some USB plugs that are just too thick to fit in some devices.  But I haven't seen that to be an issue on PC case front I/O ports in a good long time.

I have been playing Baldur's Gate 3 a LOT since Frosty bought it for me. He has gifted me many games over the years, but this one I tried after a few weeks, delaying it. I had it on my wishlist (as I loved Baldur's Gate 2) on Steam as I used to LOVE the NPC comradery between each other and the different vast backgrounds each had. The interaction with each other really kept me entertained. But I did wonder if BG3 would leave me disappointed. Many remakes or new releases of old games can be, and some of the reviews were disappointed, saying that the old way of the game is outdated and they should have just went with a whole new way to delve into the lore of each character.

At first, I felt that the characters were not communicating with each other like the old games, and I was annoyed how I had to wait for them to have a quote icon over their heads to start any conversation which was new. But as I played the game more, loving the graphics and the extreme detail to facial reactions allowing you to read their faces to see if they were being totally honest, I slowly discovered that they would start to talk to each other openly while you were talking around with them to discover what happened here or there, and I liked it even more.

I did not think I would like this game so much, but I have totally stopped playing Guild Wars 2 which I had played off and on for over a decade.

But then I noticed as the summer is over, and cold weather has come to Canada, that I felt heat from my PC. I play for hours and my PC does get hot. So I took a screenshot. It seems within limits so that is fine, but I did take the screenshot anyway to share:

Not the kind of game that I would normally get into.  But I am glad that you are enjoying it on decent hardware.

And for the record, modern hardware is getting ever more power hungry.  And with more power consumption, comes more heat.  My current gaming rig makes for a wonderful space heater.  lol.  The coolant temp in my system regularly hit a toasty 104F or 40C on extended gaming sessions.  And with two 360mm radiators expelling all that heat, it does warm my office during the winter months.

I'm pretty sure the case didn't come with 8 fans, might be able to take up to 8 but came with 5 I believe. 1-200mm (side cover mounted) 4 120's (1 front, 1 back, 2 top.

That case she has now is designed for 5 fans.  Maybe able to use a 240 AIO in the top with the right mainboard.  But with the use of a tower cooler and the size of current graphics cards, that saving grace side intake and lack of good front intake becomes pointless for cooling higher end hardware.

The description for my case says it can take up to 11 fans.  Realistically, it can take 10.  But comes with no fans.
