Not surprising that I have enjoyed a fair number of those mods.  And a couple that are not listed there.  But those were before steam.  lol

I still have mods like "CanTuna" and the original "Rocket Crowbar" that lead to hours of fun back in the day.  I still have a pretty good list of mods I've played in archives.  lol
