This program mentioned (in the vid) lets you make a bootable USB that you can copy ISO files to, lets you choose an ISO at boot and boot from it. Want to change what ISO's you have on the USB, no problem. Ever wanted to carry a cd folder worth of bootable CD/DVD's on a USB? Now you can!

I use Acronis True Image myself. I know it's a pay to use program. But they do have a trial version that is free to use for a month. But I actually got it for free with a western digital drive I got a while ago. Here is a link for that by the way. Acronis True Image for WD

The installation procedure is straightforward.
Download the .zip file that includes both the executable file as well as the User Guide.
Extract the .exe file and the User Guide.
Run the executable file and follow the on-screen instructions.
