You should come play sometime.  The servers still have traffic from time to time.  It's been fairly busy through the holidays.  Some nights, finding a near full server.

So recently Carnaxus (aka Spawn of Chaos) noticed the rcbots were getting hung up in marine spawn on ns_mindshaft.  I didn't make this waypoint.  It was submitted to rcbot database and I downloaded it as is.  I remember play testing it back then and the bots were able to get around, but not efficiently.  So I finally looked it over last night to find what a complete disaster it was.  Waypoint pathways going into nothingness.  Pathways clipping corners so hard that they can't navigate cleanly or even at all.  And poor use of waypoint tags in general.  It's a miracle they managed to get anywhere at all.  If I had to guess, this looked like a poorly done port over from whichbot.  So I spent a few hours last night re-doing nearly 90% of the whole thing.  I was pleased to see the rcbots building up marine start and even raiding a couple of hives after my repairs.

You sure?  That map is frustrating to play now.  During the last play test.  There was 6 humans vs 7 marine bots.  3 of the human players are NS league pros.  It was a grueling standoff at marine start that lasted over an hour on its own.  Never mind the other hour or so it took to capture and stabilize the other hives.
