[SA] has been around since 2000 with TFC as the mod of choice back then.  And when NS released there version 1.0, most of us took a shine to it as an entertaining change of pace.  It just stuck with us ever since.  And quite honestly, NS 1.04 was there crowning jewel.  It really only needed some bug fixes and minor tweaks but the balance of gameplay was as best it could get IMHO.  If both teams fielded good players, stalemates could rage for hours.

TFC was the first online game I played back in 1999. From there I went to DoD until SWG came out and I played that till it's end. It was during my DoD days that I found out about NS and it is a nice change of pace. I find myself playing it more now a days since I haven't found a new MMO I like.

As I said, over 10 years ago.  He was with us for about a year or so after Torgue disband.

My apologies my friend.  I misread your age of 46, for what I thought it said 49, when you joined us around 3 years ago.    So you want to be called "Old Fart"?  You got it. 

By the way.  My birthday is coming up next week.  I will be turning 46.  I should start playing as "Old Timer" again.

Well the short story is in one of the new games Pete from MN is playing that some of the other clan members got into .. Pete made the clan name "League of Incompetent Heros" and Kodiac loved it so much he decided to spend money to change our clan name in many games as well as the site redirection itself and a new domain name.

One thing comes to mind for a situation like this.  "If it feels good, just do it."

lol am I the only one who doesn't just do what ever feels good but thinks about it first? lol .. I can't afford most of the games I would love to try so I am grateful for the wonderful people who have gotten me games along the way. I still love FEAR 1 and Portal 1 and 2 but will always have a soft spot for NS 1
