I say go for it. After all, now would be the time since 1.0 is public now (isn't it? I thought it just came out or are those previews people are playing?) for PC.

I already have Cap's approval.  He came to look at it last night and appeared to love it.

But as of the writing of this post, 1.0 is still in experimental stage.  I don't know what PC's official release date is.

It certainly seems that way.  It's become more evident lately with the push for AI.  GPU's with Cuda cores (or any RT hardware support) will already have some AI support.  But the next generation of CPU's will have AI accelerators baked in.  And MS has already jumped on that bandwagon when they released Co-Pilot for Windows 11.

As I've been saying all along.  The number one thing is that there is nowhere near enough charging station infostructure to support plugin EV's to begin with.  The range is poor, even on a good day.  250 miles or 400 kilometers max range is not good when it takes a super-fast charger over an hour to recharge.  And a 220-volt home charger will take over 8 hours.  Then factor in extreme heat or cold, it will cut that range nearly in half while almost doubling recharge time.  And has no one given any thought of the demands it will put on our already overwhelmed electrical grid if even just one twentieth of a nation would adopt an EV?

The cost of these cars is still out of reach for the average household income levels.  And I'm not talking statistically either.  I'm talking realistically.  There are millions of people out there that can't afford to buy a brand-new car.  Let alone, properly maintain the old car they may have now.

100% My thoughts as well! It is absolutely rediculous but we already know from the last how many years that the ones calling the shots making all the decisions think everyone can afford what ever they can afford or else we are bums that just do not try hard enough. The figure us "bums" just need a little push and creating dead lines and mandatory regulations they figure will be that push.

I just got home after dropping my mom off. She said it was not going to rain but on my way home looking at the clouds that were very dark my mom was not concerned but I was. Then I drove into the wall of the storm and it was an outright downpour. As I parked at my place I had to pull up my CRV to to door just to get the groceries out and leave them at the door and then park. The parking lot was flooded and for the first time these shoes that are usually great in the rain got my feet drenched and I could wring out my shirt and that was with an umbrella!

The thing is the weather even online said it was not supposed to rain for us.

Then I looked at that same map zoomed out and realized you should be getting hit pretty hard too. A lot of storms lately in the USA and you guys send them to me But can you believe the map and weather for my area was saying no need for an umbrella today?

I fail to understand why you guys would be excited over the thought that Windows 10 source code got leaked.  Can someone please explain?
