HOLY CRAP that is insane!!!! I mean I had heard of people being sold a house from a scammer who did not even live in the same country and had no right to sell the house to them and then that being a legal issue because they paid even though people were already living there for years legally.... but this is a whole new take on this! WOW!!!

I mean seriously how is that able to be a thing in now??? THIS ... was shocking 🤯!!

"Why do lawbreakers get more protection than law-abiding citizens?" OH heck I noticed that a LONG time ago ... even in Canada. Perhaps because there are crooked governments and they get away with things and with the cost of living and all more and more people are looking for ways to scam the system. But this takes it to a whole new high! What about the person who owns that home?

Screw that.  If I had just come back from vacation and found someone else living in my house.  I'm gripping them up and throwing them the heck out.

Ya don't move to Seatle WA. That is crazy! But like most laws that came about to help temporarily fix a problem and then was not followed up, creates a bigger problem that no one wants to deal with and people suffer.

I don't know California styling thinking. I will have to ask my friend Pete's friend Dave (not that Pete (not Rin), and not that Dave (not OneEye) but my friend we call Pesky Pete has a friend Dave who used to live in Cali).

Honestly I think it is all stupid. I mean I don't get how someone could even have to worry about losing their home unless caused by financial issues....
